Aristotech does not accept the use of the following listed addresses for any purchases made:
(1) Hotels or Motels
(2) Mail or Package forwarding companies
(3) APO Addresses
(4) UPS Stores or Stores with shipping mailboxes
(5) PO Boxes
(6) Addresses that are non-standard or cannot be confirmed as a house or work place

Aristotech offers the option to return purchases directly through the Aristo Store. For all purchases not made directly from the Aristo Store, please check the return policy of the location from which you purchased your product.
30 day Return Period for non-refurbished Aristo Store Products:
All Products that are sold as new with unopened retail packaging can be returned to the Aristo Store within 30 days of the order ship date (based on shipment tracking information). Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment used and for the purchase price paid. Shipping and handling and any applicable restocking fees (further described below) are non-refundable. Any products returned without prior authorization from the ZOTAC Store will be considered as an unauthorized return and may not receive credit for the product and/or returned to the shipper.
(1) All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting Aristotech at email@example.com
(2) All product returns require a copy of the original purchase invoice.
(3) Any product that is returned without its original packing and accessories such as the retail box, manuals, cables, and any other items that were included with the product, may be subjected to a restocking fee or may be rejected as a return.
(4) All promotional items such as games or software marked as FREE upon purchase must not be redeemed, opened, or used and must be returned with product to receive a full refund.
(5) Any products returned must be in its original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact. Any product with a missing, damaged, altered or unreadable serial number, part number label, or warranty label are not eligible for return.
(6) Products that exhibit signs of physical damage, tampering, customizations, or appear to be altered in any way will not be eligible for return.
(7) Any products that are dead-on-arrival (DOA) may be exchanged.
Restocking Fees: The Aristo Store may subject returns to a 20% minimum restocking fee if product return requirements are not fulfilled.
Dead-on-arrival (DOA) Return: The Aristo Store will accept returns, with no restocking fees, for DOA products within 15 days of the order ship date (based on shipment tracking information). To confirm that product is DOA, Aristotech Customer Service Technician will inspect all returned items before refund or replacement is made. If the returned unit is found to be fully functional and in working order, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. All accessories included in the retail packaging must be returned. The re-stocking fee will be applied if any parts or accessories are missing. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of DOA products.
Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping charges on returned products are the responsibility of the customer. Aristotech will match the shipping methods and pay for shipping charges on replacement or exchange products. We strongly recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Aristotech is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
Once your order has been delivered to and received by Aristotech, the return and refund process will begin. Please allow up to 30 business days for a return and refund to be processed.
